Floor repair, Before and After

2.25" red oak flooring
The flooring had not been run to the walls.
Instead the flooring stopped at the edge of the cabinets.

Installed 5/8" sub floor, transition and the new oak flooring.
Finished with 2 coats of satin polyurethane.
The entire floor will be re-finished at a later date.

This project was a lot of fun. The lighter color paint did a lot to lighten up this dark room

Day three Ross paint project

Here are the after pics for the Ross paint project.

These pics are after three coats of Valspar Signature paint. It is supposed to be a one coat paint. After all is said and done the color is great and the customers are very happy.

Living room Project

Living room Remodel Project

CEG LLC recently started a living room remodel project. The project includes the widening of an existing opening into the kitchen from 8' to 12'. We are also removing the rock facade from the front of the fireplace and installing tile and a new custom oak mantel. This is Phase 1 of this project. Phases 2, 3 and 4 will include repair of oak flooring, painting and additional woodwork. Pictures will be following the progress.
